focus formula

Focus Formula is a dietary supplement used to treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADD/ADHD).

It was formulated by a clinical psychologist to help improve concentration, attention, memory, and information processing.

It works by interacting with the chemicals in the brain (neurochemicals) responsible for hyperactivity, attention, and impulsive behavior.

In addition, it also helps improve mood and overall emotional balance. It can be used by children or adults.

The adult version, which is very similar, is called Focus ADDult.

What Is In It?

It is made of plants and herbs such as Ginkgo Biloba, Skullcap (Scutellaria laterifolia), German chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Rooibos (Aspalathus lineris), Gotu Kola (Centalla Asiatica), Avena Satvia, and Urtica Urens.

As result, it is non-addictive and has no negative side effects.

How Does It Work?

The above ingredients may sound familiar to followers of natural, holistic health practices because they are all proven to boost brain health, reduce anxiety, and calm mood. Many folks with ADHD take many of them in supplement form but this medication conveniently combines them into one tablet.

In addition, Taurine has a protective effect on the brain and is essential for children's brain health. Tyrosine is a building block for several important brain chemicals.  GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) is a powerful amino acid and is an important neurotransmitter booster.

Further, GABA is a natural calming agent and helps reduce anxiety, agitation, an hyperactivity. It also contains the compound DMAE which has been shown in studies to increase alertness and improve mood.

Further, the inclusion of Vitamin B-complex helps maintain overall brain and nerve health. It helps achieve natural brain and mood balance.

What results is an all-natural, super brain-booster that can benefit those with ADHD, and even those who do not suffer from Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

How Is Focus Formula Administered?

It comes in liquid form. It can be taken by placing drops in water or juice every day at breakfast time, and after each subsequent meal. It may take a little time for the full effects to be realized.

Advantages

It is perfect for those who cannot tolerate swallowing pills or tablets. The real benefit however is that taking this supplement does not result in any adverse side effects that are common to most ADHD stimulant medications such as Ritalin or Adderall, etc. For instance, Ritalin users often complain of upset stomach, headaches, nausea, sleep disturbances, etc.
